ANDY MAXWELL
Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Andy is driven by a deep desire to help organisations improve their IT systems and services. He is curious, considerate and punctilious. His sense of humour, determination and tenacity has enabled a long and successful track record in delivering IT solutions and IT service management.
Specialities: Pragmatic, professional provision of IT technical consultancy, solutions and services. Hybrid cloud computing, wide area networks, and virtualisation are delivered with resilient, responsive, secure designs.
Hobbies: Watching and occasionally creating YouTube content. Following news on Tesla, SpaceX, AI, computing development, PC Gaming (online co-op multiplayer).
RACHEL SUTTON
Office Manager
Originally, Rachel worked in the travel industry for Austravel, Going Places and Thomas Cook, but since 2012, Rachel has helped steer the good ship Offa Systems. It’s like herding wild cats at times, but she cheerfully manages our administration, finances, and people.
Specialities: Customer services, scheduling and spreadsheet reports.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, the great outdoors, gardening, swimming, and walking. Loves listening to a good podcast.
STEVE NUNN
Senior Support Analyst
Steve has had a passion for computery things, (computers and electronics) since he got his first Commodore 64 at age ten, graduating from this and the school issue BBC Micro, through 8 and 16 bit machines to the modern PC, in the early 2000's Steve studied for a Diploma in IT and Computing with the Open University and used the knowledge and skills he gained from this to move into a career in IT. In previous roles, Steve has provided multi line IT support and management for business, charity and public sector organisations, with a focus on service and change management.
Specialities: Steve loves customers, cats and coffee (not necessarily in that order). They love him too.
Hobbies: In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing online games with his son and has a new-found love of mountain biking.
JAMES UNDERWOOD
Junior IT Support Analyst
James started working for Offa Systems in September 2021. He is rapidly increasing his knowledge and skills in all aspects of IT and customer service; providing expert support and inventive solutions. We think he's going places which is why we sometimes call him Jimbo (as in Jimbo and the Jetset)!
Specialities: Laptop, notebook, PC builds / maintenance, VoIP system management and support.
Hobbies: Gaming (Warframe is his second home), socialising and loves to travel.
CALLUM DASH
2nd Line Support Analyst
Callum has worked in IT and website design for the last five years. He has a great smile, is full of energy and loves to support and help.
Specialities: Advanced desktop support, website design, cyber security.
Hobbies: Gaming, OSRS, Netflix, Disney+
